The tuna steak arrived frozen solid and stayed perfectly fresh until thawed. Pan-seared it was buttery and melt-in-the-mouth — true steak of the sea at home.

I didn't expect a whole octopus this big and this clean. A slow braise made it tender and full of flavour — like a meal straight off the coast.
